If you change your mind about your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please let us know at info@briggsandshears.com
We request that items are returned to us with 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and including all original packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service as we are unable to refund items damaged or lost in the return delivery.

Once your returned goods has been received and checked, we will refund the value of the goods using the same method of payment.
Please note, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before we sent them to you. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on personalised items.

Please allow 5 working days for the return to show in your bank account.
